1. Applications can only be made online at http://24hchunar2k11.wixsite.com/mysite

2. A registration fee of INR. 500.00 is payable.  ( Non-refundable ).

3. Successful Applicants will be selected at the sole discretion of Hunar 2k16 decision will be final and binding upon all Applicants.

4. Please note that to audition for the Hunar 2k16 you must be 16 to 40 years as of 22th October 2016. If you are under 18 please make sure that you get your parent's or guardian's permission before applying.

5. . The Application will only be considered if the Application is fully and properly completed. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age then, you must be accompanied by your parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over at the audition.

6. You acknowledge and agree that you will abide by any and all rules, regulations, terms and conditions relating to the Application, the Programme and your involvement in it (the "Rules"). You acknowledge and agree that the Rules are subject to change at any time by the Company (whether in writing or verbally) and that you agree to be bound by the Rules at all times. You acknowledge and agree that the Hunar 2k16's decision shall be final and binding upon you at all times. The Changes may also be communicated by http://24hchunar2k11.wixsite.com/mysite

7. All Applicants must provide the Company with documentation for the purpose of age verification. Acceptable documentation for this purpose is a passport, driving licence PAN Card Voter Id or birth certificate.

8. Any and all personal details and/ or information provided by Applicants in the Application or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading.

9. Hunar 2k16's reserves the right to disqualify any Applicant that has supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading information, has failed to abide by the Rules and/ or is in breach of the terms hereof.

10. No Applicant will, without the Hunar 2k16's prior written consent, publicise or discuss with any third party any information (including without limitation in relation to 24hour creativity  save where such information is already public knowledge.

11. All Applicants must disclose to the Hunar 2k16 in writing full details of any and all criminal or civil proceedings/ actions pending, proceedings served and/or convictions unspent as at the date of Application.

12. All successful Applicants will be asked to sign further agreements / release forms in the course of their involvement in the Programme. You will be notified by E Mail, on Website or Call.
